At JnC, we strive to deliver your custom crafts, printed products, and design orders quickly and securely. Because many of our items are personalized and made-to-order, shipping times may vary depending on the product type and order quantity.

Processing Time

  • Standard processing time for most custom orders is 1–2 business days before shipping.

  • Large, bulk, or highly customized orders may require additional time. Customers will be notified if extra processing time is needed

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We currently offer local pickup and delivery within the Windsor Mill and Baltimore, Maryland areas.

  • For orders requiring shipping, we use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Free local pickup is available by appointment.

  • Free or discounted shipping may apply to promotional offers or bulk orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

International Shipping

  • Currently, JnC ships within the United States only. International orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Delays & Issues

  • JnC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

At JnC, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom crafts, design, and printing services. Each item is carefully made to meet your specifications, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Custom & Personalized Items

  • Because most of our products are custom-made (such as personalized gifts, apparel, and décor), we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by us.

  • If there is an error in personalization or printing due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

Non-Custom Items

  • Non-custom or standard products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at JnC.designs@outlook.com or xxx-xxx-xxxx.

  • We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund after verifying the issue.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us directly.
